I started in network business and built a career there. Twenty years is thousands of conversations: with those who caught fire and did the work, and with those who explained why it hadn't worked. Over that distance you learn to hear what actually moves a person and where they lie to themselves.

The team grew to three hundred thousand people in thirty-five countries — different cultures, different ways of thinking, different ideas of what "work" means. Sales, marketing, teaching people — all of it tested at scale, not in theory.

That is where the judgement behind Deep Identity comes from. You cannot read it in a book — it accumulates only through the number of live conversations.
After that
Everything fell apart

A move to Israel. Crisis. Bankruptcy. Employment. A period when everything that had been built fell apart. I know what it is to lose your rhythm, lose your confidence and start again.

And I know the way back.
Now
A new chapter

I am building Vision Team Global — not because I have to, but because this is my new chapter. A deliberate one. Knowing what works. With artificial intelligence as a tool. With people who share the same values.

I am not a guru on a stage. I walk alongside — just a few steps ahead.

I know what it is to lose a life.
And I know the way back.

Artificial intelligence
as a tool for growth

I study AI closely — not as hype but as a working tool. I build assistants, build systems, and test everything on myself.

Deep Identity grew out of that: it helps a person understand themselves and build personal assistants around their own personality, not around someone else's template.

Vision Team Global is a community for moving into a new chapter of life: through AI, health, circle, leadership, development and system. Not theory but live practice.
