Deep Identity · A deep unpacking of the self

You are not short of things to do.
What you lack is an axis.

Five directions at once. Each of them sensible, each worth developing. You start one, a second appears that looks better — and the first stays half-finished. From outside it looks like drive. From inside it feels like running in place.

This is not about discipline. It is about not having chosen the point everything is built from.

Find your axis — and build the system that holds it.

How it works

Three steps
from scattered to axis

A map of the self: circles and connections drawn by hand on a large sheet
A map of yourself. The first step ends with this sheet
  1. 01

    Find the axis

We go through your path honestly: what you have built, where it worked, where it fell apart. What repeats year after year — and what you had not suspected about yourself. Not a test and not a questionnaire. A conversation after which things become visible.

The result is a map of yourself: who you are, what is true for you, where you are going and how your voice sounds.

How long it takes is up to you. The unpacking ends not on a timer, but the moment you read your map and recognise yourself without strain.

  2. 02

    Put it in order

From your map we build a personal strategist. It knows you — it doesn't hand out advice from the internet, it helps put what is yours in order. What comes first, what comes second, what to drop for now.

  3. 03

    Start speaking

A content director that writes in your voice, not in the smooth language that gives a machine away at first glance.

It all comes together into one system where nothing gets lost.

Two living rooms side by side: a warm one with books and rugs, and a grey one with nothing of its own

39 seconds · why everything came to look alike (in Russian)

People first, AI second

The assistant answers
smoothly and beside the point

Clothes, interiors, texts — everything has come to look alike. The same happens with an assistant: it writes evenly and about nothing, because it does not know who you are, what you want or how you decide.

Under a minute on where this started — and why the order «person first, tool second» changes the outcome.

Honestly, about the main thing

A prompt is copied
in a minute.
Judgement is not

Anyone can copy a prompt. Setting up a system that actually works — no. The difference is whether you can tell a good answer from elegant emptiness.

It nods along — you don't notice. You deceive yourself — it plays along. A month later you conclude that "AI doesn't work".

In one evening I told my own assistant "no" four times. It was proposing sensible things that would not have worked.

This is not about the tool. It is about judgement. Judgement cannot be copied — it is learned only beside someone who has it.

Twenty years of conversations do not fit into a prompt

About the price — no tricks

Why you pay
less than others will

The programme is only now coming out of personal use. I built this system for myself, layer by layer, and I am still building it. A few people have already gone through it — and I listen to what they say more closely than to any theory.

Right now I am taking a first circle. Not because I need people, but because I need those who will go through it deeply and tell me where it is imprecise. That is why the price is lower than it will be later, and why I put in more than I will put in afterwards.

  1. You pay the price of a launch, not the price of a finished product

  2. Your voice goes into what the product becomes next

What I ask in return: honest feedback after the programme. Not a testimonial for the sake of it — where it was strong and where it failed.

Four ways to take part

From a first look
to a skill

The difference is not the number of files but what you leave with: a snapshot of yourself, the method, a working system, or a skill. Tap any option to open it in full.

For participants of the 23 August workshop the offer price holds until the end of September.

Worth doing if
  • There is plenty to do and no sense of movement
  • You have tried working with AI and the result was smooth but not about you
  • You are ready to answer yourself honestly, even when the answer is inconvenient
  • You need not a course but a look at your own situation
Not worth it if
  • You want a ready set of prompts without looking at yourself
  • You expect the system to make decisions for you
  • You are looking for a quick way to make money
  • You are not ready to give time between sessions: the work continues after them
A conversation at a table: two cups and an open notebook
A session is simply a conversation. An hour, a cup of coffee, your questions

Before you pay

First, twenty minutes of conversation. Free of charge, with no obligation.

I explain how it works, you ask your questions. If after that conversation it is clear you don't need this now, I will say so myself. I have no use for a participant the programme doesn't fit.

Arrange the conversation

You go through the unpacking yourself, with your own assistant, at your own pace — and I am beside you while you do.

I help you set it up: how to create the project, where to put the prompt, what to do when it stalls. I look at what didn't work. I build the strategist and the content director around you and set up the system where all of it lives.

And I teach you to tell when the assistant is working and when it is elegantly empty.

We work until there is a result. The interval between sessions is agreed: the programme adjusts to you, not you to a schedule.

About the workshop
You leave with a first snapshot of yourself and a sense of whether to go further

The whole unpacking method. You build the map, the strategist and the content director yourself, at your own pace.

Honestly: the result depends on how honestly you answer yourself. Without an outside view it is easy to stop at the surface.

A fit if you want to try on your own first.

The tool
Talk about Start
You leave with a method you can follow on your own

This is no longer buying a tool. It is three months side by side, in which the system enters your real work and stays there.

You bring a real task — we solve it together through the system. I see how you work with it and correct as we go.

Twelve sessions over three months plus four follow-ups — included in the price. Everything in Personal is included here in full.

You set the pace: some go weekly, some more often, some less.

You leave with a skill — the system becomes the way you work

Why me

Not a guru on a stage.
Just a few
steps ahead

Twenty years in international business: teams of up to three hundred thousand people, thirty-five countries. Then I lost almost everything: the business, the money, the circle. A move, bankruptcy, several years at the bottom.

I won't claim I am at the top. I am on the way.

But I have a system that holds several directions at once, keeps me from scattering and argues with me when I go the wrong way. I live with it every day.

I know what it is to lose a life. And I know the way back.

What participants say

The assistant spotted connections I couldn't see myself — I was too close to my own story. I thought the problem was in the last few years; it turned out the pattern goes back to childhood. It asked with precision, as if it knew where to look.

It is like a friend who has known you since childhood. By fifty you have none left — and here I got exactly that.

I liked that you can stop at any moment, come back and dig deeper. And it is not a one-off: in a few months you can go through it again, from a new point.

A deep unpacking is a set of well-prepared questions that help you answer the fundamentals: who you are, what you want, where you are going. The trouble with most people is that they don't know what they want.

Questions plus AI plus correction lay the foundation — and only after that does it make sense to bring in tools. I would tell anyone to go through this foundation first.

What matters to know

Four questions that
come up first

And if it doesn't work?

We work until there is a result, not until a number of sessions is used up. If it becomes clear along the way that it isn't working, we find out why instead of following the plan for its own sake.

Who owns the map?

You do. You see it, you edit it, you can delete it. Nothing is published and nothing goes anywhere.

How deeply should I open up?

The depth is your choice. You share exactly as much as you want. The system works with what you give it.

Do I need experience with AI?

No. I show everything step by step — from creating the project to how to talk with it.

The next step

If this resonates —
let's talk

The session is free. We look at where you are now and whether this fits you at all. ARIE will answer questions and book a conversation with me.
